Sound baths using a range of vibrational instruments providing a relaxing and meditative experience for you. These sessions begin with a short meditation with breath work followed by a sequence of played instruments including bells, shakers and gong to transport you to a place of healing and relaxation.
The first Sound Bath of 2024 will run at The Harpenden Trust Centre at 130a Southdown Road, Southdown, Harpenden in the Gibbons Room at 645pm on Sunday 25th February with a ticket price of £15 which must be booked in advance as spaces are limited to 16. Click button below to book
