All of us have an impact on the planet and I want to help minimise the impact caused by my business. So from November 2023, I have partnered with Ecologi to plant trees around the world and restore wetlands in the UK. For every transaction with me, be that a pack of pt sessions, a daoist flow class or gong bath, I will purchase a tree or put money towards wetland restoration. I commit to review this monthly and purchase trees or restoration accordingly. You can visit my mini forest to see what I’ve planted so far and watch it grow.
I also use an electric vehicle for transport and use Octopus Energy to source energy from renewable sources. I choose to follow a plant-based diet to minimise the environmental impact caused by animal farming. While it seems almost impossible to avoid plastic, I try very hard to avoid its purchase choosing natural alternatives such as paper, wood, glass and metal where possible and I recycle when plastic use seems unavoidable.
