Gong Baths

Gong Meditation for Deep Grounding + Nervous System Reset

Enter a space of stillness. A soundscape stripped back to its essence.

In this session, we return to the ground — through tone, breath, and vibration.

Featuring the powerful, resonant voice of the Earth Gong, my gong bath is a meditation, an invitation to let go of overstimulation and rest in something ancient, steady, and whole. Experience sound as a slow unfolding. Like roots remembering the soil.

You’ll be guided gently into rest, then bathed in a continuous field of vibration designed to support:

      •    Nervous system down-regulation

      •    Emotional anchoring

      •    Deep tissue release

      •    Quiet inner listening

This is a return — to gravity, to body, to the deeper pulse of the Earth beneath us all.

What to expect:

      •    A soft verbal welcome + invitation to settle

      •    50-60 min of Gong resonance and periods of silence featuring several gongs

      •    Silent integration to close

      •    No prior experience necessary — just bring your body and breath

For many the gongs take them on a safe journey with sound that can be transformational and calming.

Details on my regular public gong baths are listed below. For all events please do book in advance as spaces are often limited or book up quickly. New locations will appear from time to time and details will be posted on instagram and facebook as well as this website. You also can choose the option of a private gong bath for you or a small group of friends.

Contra-indications

Gong baths are suitable for most people and you can choose to sit if lying on a mat doesn’t appeal.

There is debate about certain contraindications for attending gong baths but in my experience, there is little science underpinning them – let common sense be your guide. But if you want to get in touch if you have any concerns I would be happy to talk to you in advance of attending one of my gong baths – please use the contact page to get in touch.

I do recommend avoiding alcohol before the session as it tends to reduce the quality of the experience and/or can lead to snoring which may impact on the enjoyment of other attendees.

Please note that I cannot give refunds but if you’d like to transfer your space to a friend, just let me know their name before the event, and inform them of the contraindications listed below (cancelling simply makes the space available for somebody else).

Thanks for reading!
