Gong Baths

A gong bath uses a range of vibrational instruments providing a relaxing and meditative experience for you. These sessions begin with a short meditation followed by a sequence of played instruments including bells, shakers and gongs to transport you to a place of healing and relaxation. It’s an hour of time just for you. Remember to bring a mat, blanket and favourite cushion or pillow for during the gong bath and you may want water for afterwards. Some folk like to bring an eye mask or scarf to cover the eyes too.

Regular events run in Harpenden at 18:45 on the last or penultimate Sunday on the month (check for exact dates) with a ticket price of £15. I also lead qigong & gong bath workshops at BAYoga Berkhamsted monthly. Please book in advance as spaces are limited. New locations will appear throughout the year and details will be posted on instagram and facebook as well as this website.
